Contact details, business information (ABN, tools used), service data, technical access (integration credentials), and communication data.

2.4 Customer Data (Your Business's Customers)

When you use an AI system we have built, we process information about your customers on your behalf (names, numbers, logs). You remain the owner of all your customer data; Syedco acts as a data processor.

4. Data Storage and Security

Client data is stored in reputable platforms including Google Workspace (Sydney, Australia), Calendly, and automation platforms like n8n/Dify. We host data on Australian servers where possible.

5. AI Processing Providers

Some of our systems use AI APIs (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). We use these under commercial terms which generally prohibit using data to train public models. We will always tell you which provider is used in your specific system.

6. Automated Decision-Making and AI Transparency

In line with 2024 amendments, we disclose that AI systems built for your business may make automated decisions (e.g., classifying enquiries). We build human escalation paths into every system so complex or ambiguous situations are flagged for review.

10. Doxxing and Data Safety

Under the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024, doxxing is now a criminal offence in Australia. Syedco has zero tolerance for misuse of data; all team members are instructed on these safety protocols.
